Note: If the control unit is replaced, the "Replace control unit" function of the corresponding control unit must be selected.
Remove the steering wheel, lower and upper steering column trim. Remove the steering column switch module.
Unlock and disconnect connector "1". Drill out the "arrow" screws using an angle drill and an 8.5 mm drill bit. Remove control unit "2".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Newly tighten the "arrow" screws until the screw heads break off.
