Note: Depending on the configuration, the position of individual components and hose fastenings may differ from the version shown in the figures. Dismantling is carried out in the same way.
Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers. Remove the front left mudguard. Disconnect the connectors from the windshield washer pumps "5", headlights "2" and from the windshield washer fluid level sensor "4". Release the wiring harness "3". To unlock, turn the safety clips on the nipples of hoses "7" (black marking - windshield washer) and "6" (white marking - rear window washer) and disconnect the nipples from the windshield washer pump. Collect the leaking washer fluid in a suitable container. Unlock the headlight washer hose "1" by pressing the safety clip and remove it. If necessary, slide the washer pump out of the rubber support in the washer reservoir. Remove the front bumper. Remove the left headlight.
Remove the spacer clamp "1" and pull out the filler neck "3" with the filler pipe "4" from the support "2".
Unscrew the arrow nut (8 Nm).
Unscrew nuts "1" and "3" (8 Nm). Pull out tank "2" from threaded studs "arrow A" and lower it down "arrow B".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. The hoses with the corner elements should be audibly fixed in the fittings on the washer pumps. After completing the installation work, remove air from the headlight washer system.
