Note: Before replacing the clutch disc and pressure plate, take into account the transmission fault finding - complaints about the clutch and clutch drive. Replace clutch discs and pressure plates with damaged or loose rivet connections. Select the appropriate clutch disc and pressure plate according to the engine designation. The dual mass flywheel, clutch pressure plate and clutch disc are compatible with each other and must not be installed with components from other manufacturers.
1. Dual mass flywheel: pay attention to the reliability of the centering pins; the contact surface of the clutch disc linings is cleaned of lumps, oil and grease. Observe the dismantling instructions for the dual mass flywheel
2. Clutch disc: can only be changed together with the pressure plate
3. Thrust washer: with additional adjustment mechanism; changes only together with the clutch disc
4. Screw M6 - 13 Nm; m7 screw - 20 Nm: loosen or tighten in stages crosswise
