Important: Clutch discs and pressure plates with damaged or loose riveted connections must be replaced. Clean and remove rust from the splines of the drive shaft and the already used clutch disc - also the fine-spline connection of the hub. Lubricate the splines of the drive shaft with a thin layer of consistent grease -G 000 100-. Then move the disc back and forth on the shaft, thereby ensuring its free movement in the splines of the shaft. It is absolutely necessary to remove excess grease. The pressure plates are provided with anti-corrosion protection and preserved with consistent grease. For this reason, only the working surface can be cleaned, otherwise the durability of the adhesion will be significantly reduced. Check the engine block for the presence of engine/gearbox alignment bushings and, if necessary, install them. If the alignment bushings are not installed, problems with gear shifting, clutch problems, or noisy transmission may occur.
1 - Flywheel, ensure that the centering pins are installed correctly, the mating surface for the friction lining (disc) must be free of grooves, oil, or grease; 2 - Clutch disc, position for assembly of a simple flywheel: springs directed towards the pressure plate, lightly lubricate the fine-spline connection for the shaft with grease; 3 - Pressure plate; 4 - Screw, for a twin-disc flywheel with M6 thread: 13 Nm, for a twin-disc flywheel with M7 thread: 20 Nm, tighten and loosen evenly in a crosswise pattern
Centering the clutch disc, removing and installing the pressure plate
Tighten and loosen the screws evenly in a crosswise pattern. When removing and installing, use a locking tool.

Important: The clutch disc and pressure plate must be fully seated against the flywheel before installing the screws. The screws should be tightened crosswise to avoid damaging the flywheel bores and centering pins.
Assembly position in combination with a twin-disc flywheel
The "arrow" sign points towards the gearbox.

Checking the end of the diaphragm springs
Permissible wear is up to half the thickness of the springs.
