Note: Before replacing the clutch disc and pressure plate, take into account the transmission fault finding - complaints about the clutch and clutch drive. Replace the clutch disc and pressure plate with damaged or loose rivet connections. Select the appropriate clutch disc and pressure plate according to the engine designation. The dual mass flywheel, clutch pressure plate and clutch disc are compatible with each other and must not be installed with components from other manufacturers.
1. Dual mass flywheel: pay attention to the reliability of the centering pins; the contact surface of the clutch disc linings is cleaned of lumps, oil and grease. Observe the dismantling instructions for the dual mass flywheel
2. Clutch disc: change only with pressure plate "SAC" pos. 3
3. Clutch pressure plate "SAC": "SAC" — abbreviation for Self-Adjusting-Clutch means "self-adjusting clutch"; changes only with clutch disc pos. 2
4. Screw M6 - 13 Nm; m7 screw - 20 Nm: loosen/tighten in stages in a crosswise order
