Removal
1. Remove the plug on the end of the door (2) as shown in the figure below.
2. Insert a special tool (T10389) approximately 55 mm long into the door through the service hole so that the end of the tool is under the clamps of the handle cover (3), as shown in the figure below.
3. Pull the special tool (T10389) in the direction of the arrow to release the handle cover clamps, as shown in the figure below.
4. Pull the door opening handle (2) in the direction of arrow "a" as shown in the figure below.
5. Remove the handle cover (1) from the mounting bracket by moving it in the direction of arrow "b" as shown in the figure below.
Installation
1. Pull the door opening handle (2) in the direction of arrow "a", as shown in the figure below.
2. Install and press the handle cover (1) onto the mounting bracket in the direction of arrow "b" as shown in the figure below.
3. Insert a flat-head screwdriver (4) through the service hole in the end of the door into the retaining clamp (3) of the mounting bracket, as shown in the figure below.
4. Press on the handle cover (1).
5. Press the screwdriver in the direction of the arrow until the clamps lock into place.
6. Install the service hole plug (5) shown in the figure below.
