Removal
Note.
- When working on the power supply system, safety precautions must be observed.
- Observe the rules of cleanliness.
1. Remove the upper decorative engine cover.
Note: The high pressure pump must have a bracket to unscrew the union nut (for engine lug) movable, to do this, loosen the screws (4) shown in the figure below.

2. Unscrew the mounting bolt (3) and unscrew the union nuts (1) and (4), as shown in the figure below.
3. Any leaking fuel should be collected with a clean cloth.
4. Remove the high pressure fuel pipe (2) shown in the figure below.
5. Remove the cables from the fuel rail and set them aside.
6. Disconnect the wiring harness connectors on the glow plugs.

7. Disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the fuel injectors (1) as shown in the figure below.
8. Disconnect the return fuel line hose (2) from the fuel rail by releasing the hose clamp as shown in the figure below.

9. Disconnect the wiring harness connectors (1), (6) and (7) shown in the figure below.
Attention.
- When loosening the union nuts of the injection pipes, hold the connecting pipes of the high-pressure fuel pump sections with an open-end wrench. If the connecting pipe is loosened, the seal will be broken.
- Mark the fastening of high-pressure pipelines to the cylinders; their reinstallation is permitted only on identical cylinders.
- Open connections should be closed immediately with a suitable seal.
10. Remove the delivery pipe between the fuel rail and the fuel injectors as shown in the figure below.

11. Unscrew the mounting screws (arrows), remove the fuel rail assembly, as shown in the figure below.

Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of actions, and the following instructions must be observed:
Install high pressure fuel pipes in such a way that there is no internal stress.
