Removal
1. Remove the lower engine compartment covers (arrows).

2. Drain the engine oil.
3. Loosen the oil pan mounting screws.
4. Remove the oil pan: if necessary, loosen it by tapping it lightly with a rubber hammer.
5. Remove any remaining seal from the cylinder block and oil pan using a seal remover.
Caution: When working with the seal remover and degreaser, wear protective gloves and goggles.
6. Degrease the sealing surfaces of the cylinder block and oil pan.
Installation
Note: The oil pan must be installed within 5 minutes of applying the silicone sealant.
1. Use scissors to cut off the pointed end of the tube at the front mark (opening diameter – 3 mm).

2. Apply silicone sealant (A) as shown on the clean sealing surface of the oil pan. Thickness of sealant layer: 2.4 mm
Note: The thickness of the sealing agent layer must not exceed 4 mm, otherwise excess sealing agent will enter the oil pan and may clog the oil pump screen.
3. Immediately install the oil pan and slightly tighten all screws.
4. Tighten the screws in the sequence shown. Tightening torque: 9 Nm.

Note: After installing the oil pan, the sealant must dry for at least 30 minutes before adding engine oil.
5. The rest of the installation is carried out in reverse order.
