Note: A cylinder head with valve seat cracks can be used without reducing engine life, as long as the cracks are not too large and no wider than 0.5mm. Processing of valves and their seats, except for grinding, is not allowed.
2. Installing the camshafts should only be done using tool T40094, otherwise the axial bearings in the bed will be damaged and the cylinder head will need to be replaced. Due to the limited availability of this tool, the replacement of camshafts is not considered.
3. Special tools are also required to replace valve stem seals. The procedure is carried out by analogy with the description given for engines 1.8 and 2.0 l (see Section 31).
