Removal

Mudguards

1. The mudguards are secured with bolts and union nuts. Unscrew the bolts and remove the mudguards.

Roof gutter

2. The gutter molding is attached to the roof with staples and can be removed with a pry bar. Be careful not to break it or damage the paint.

Anti-contact side stripes

3. Apply masking tape along the edge of the strip to be removed to ensure that the strip is positioned exactly in the same place when reinstalled.

4. Using hot air, heat the strip until the adhesive is soft enough to remove. Be careful not to damage the paintwork with the hot air.

Front brand emblem

5. The front emblem is held in place by several one-piece plastic tabs.

6. To remove the emblem, gently pry it off with a thin knife, being careful not to damage the emblem or tabs.

Rear emblems

7. The rear emblems and badges are glued on. To remove them, either soften the glue with hot air (being careful not to damage the paintwork), or "cut" it with a piece of thin nylon rope.

Installation

Mudguards

8. Perform installation in reverse order.

Roof gutter

9. Install in reverse order. Make sure the gutter is firmly pressed against the roof.

Anti-contact side stripes

10. Wash away all traces of the adhesive using a special solvent "White Spirit". Then wash the area with warm soapy water to remove all traces of the solvent. Make sure that the surface to which the new strip is to be attached is absolutely clean.

11. Use hot air to soften the adhesive on the new strip, then press it firmly into position using the adhesive tape as a guide. Remove the adhesive tape when the strip is attached.

Front emblem

12. To install the front emblem, simply insert the tabs into the holes in the body and press the emblem firmly.

Rear emblems and badges

13. Wash off all traces of the adhesive using a special solvent "White Spirit", then rinse the area with warm molecular water to remove all traces of the solvent. Make sure that the surface to which the new emblem is to be attached is absolutely clean.

14. Use hot air to soften the adhesive on the new emblem, then press it into place.
