Removal
Mudguards
1. The mudguards are secured with bolts and union nuts. Unscrew the bolts and remove the mudguards.
Roof gutter
2. The gutter molding is attached to the roof with staples and can be removed with a pry bar. Be careful not to break it or damage the paint.
Anti-contact side stripes
3. Apply masking tape along the edge of the strip to be removed to ensure that the strip is positioned exactly in the same place when reinstalled.
4. Using hot air, heat the strip until the adhesive is soft enough to remove. Be careful not to damage the paintwork with the hot air.
Front brand emblem
5. The front emblem is held in place by several one-piece plastic tabs.
6. To remove the emblem, gently pry it off with a thin knife, being careful not to damage the emblem or tabs.
Rear emblems
7. The rear emblems and badges are glued on. To remove them, either soften the glue with hot air (being careful not to damage the paintwork), or "cut" it with a piece of thin nylon rope.
