Removal
Note: The engine must be cold.
1. Open the expansion tank cap to relieve excess pressure in the cooling system.
2. Remove the air filter housing assembly (for more details, see the corresponding section in the chapter "Intake and exhaust system").
3. Unscrew the mounting screws (arrows) shown in the figure below.
4. Loosen the fastening clamp (2), then disconnect and remove the air duct pipe (1), as shown in the figure below.

Models with manual transmission
5. Remove the switches and gear selection and engagement cables from the gearbox housing.
Continued for all models
6. Release the wiring harness (1) shown in the figure below from the clips.
7. Loosen the mounting nut (4), unscrew the mounting screws (2) and (3) shown in the figure below.
8. Carefully move the water pipes to the left.

9. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (1) shown in the figure below.
10. Unscrew the double mounting screw (2) and remove the coolant temperature sensor shown in the figure below.
Note: Use a piece of wire if the O-rings remain in the engine.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note: O-rings must always be replaced after disassembly.
Note: Replace the spacer ring if it was damaged during disassembly.
1. Install the left water pipe (for more details, see the relevant section in this chapter).
2. Check the coolant level.
