Attention! All sliding and contact surfaces must be lubricated with consistent grease "G 052 142 A2".
Bowden cable drives
– gear shift cable drive;
– cable drive for the preselective gear shift control device (remove from the leash (pos. 18), for which you should pull the protrusion in the direction of the arrow, install before the cable drive of the gear shift);
– retaining ring (make sure that the bellows is not damaged during assembly);
– screw, 25 Nm (it is used to attach the gear shift cable to the gearbox control lever);
– insulating washer (for gear shift lever/gear shift cable);
– washer (insert between the insulating washer and the gear shift lever);
– gear shift lever (there is only one position for assembly, after assembly the gear shift drive must be adjusted);
– square nut (inserted into the gear shift lever);
– self-locking nut, 20 Im (on the gear shift lever);
– bellows (remove carefully through the tip of the gear shift cable, lubricate with consistent grease);
– Hexagon head screw, 25 Nm;
– flexible roller counter support (bowden cables);
– spacer sleeve;
– bushing (fastening the flexible shaft counter support to the gearbox);
– bellows (remove carefully through the tip of the gear shift cable, lubricate with MoS2-based grease);
– shift guide lever (before you begin disassembling, you need to remove the clutch control drive);
– self-locking nut, (20 Nm on the guide lever/linkage, loosen only to adjust the gearshift drive);
– leash (with pin for mounting on guide lever);
– insulating sleeve (between the leash and the cable drive for preselective gear shift control, press out and press in using a mandrel);
– Hexagon head screw, 20 Nm + 90° (it is used to attach the damping counterweight);
– counterweight of damping (to adjust, you need to remove the gear shift drive);
– self-locking nut, 15 Nm (for cable drives on the gearshift mechanism housing);
– rubber washer;
– insulating sleeve (between the leash and the gear shift cable, press out and press in using a mandrel);
– insulating sleeve (between the cable drive and the preselective gear shift control lever, press out and press in using a mandrel)
