1. Timing belt: Before removing, mark the direction of the belt with chalk or a felt-tip pen; check for wear
2. 25 Nm: when setting the tightening torque on the VAS 6583 torque wrench, it is necessary to enter the length parameter indicated on the T10500- attachment
3. Tension roller: when removing and installing, remove the engine support bracket
4. 50 Nm and turn 90° (¼ turn): replace
5. Exhaust camshaft toothed pulley
6. Toothed pulley of the intake camshaft: with valve timing adjuster
7. Centering sleeve
8. 50 Nm and turn further by 135° (3/4 turn): replace
9. O-ring: replacement
10. Threaded plug, 20 Nm
11. Guide roller, 45 Nm
12. Crankshaft toothed pulley: there should be no oil on the mating surfaces of the pulley and crankshaft; installation is possible only in one position
