Intake pipe for 1.0L 37kW and 1.4L 50kW petrol engines
1 - fuel rail; 2 – a bolt of fastening of the case throttle; 3 - throttle body; 4 - pumping the throttle body; 5 - inlet pipe; 6 - inlet pipe gasket; 7 – a nut of fastening of an inlet pipe; 8 – air pressure and temperature sensor; 9 – a bolt of fastening of the gauge; 10 - fitting of the crankcase ventilation hose; 11 - fitting of the hose of the solenoid valve for purge of the adsorber; 12 – a bolt of fastening of a fuel stage
1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «-» battery.
2. Remove the upper engine cover (see subsection 2.1).
3. Unscrew the three mounting bolts and remove the inlet pipe from the housing 3 (see fig. Intake pipe for 1.0L 37kW and 1.4L 50kW petrol engines) throttle valve.
4. Disconnect the wiring harness from the throttle actuator.
5. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from fitting 10.
6. Disconnect the adsorber purge hose from fitting 11.
7. Disconnect the block with wires from the sensor 8.
8. Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail 1.
9. Disconnect the wire blocks from the injectors.
10. Unscrew six fastening nuts 7 and remove the inlet pipe 5 with gaskets 6.
11. If necessary, unscrew the bolts 2 and remove the throttle body 3, unscrew the bolts 12 and remove the fuel rail 1 by pulling it up so that the injectors come out of the holes in the intake pipe, unscrew the bolt 9 and remove the sensor 8.
12. Install the intake pipe in reverse order. At the same time, replace gaskets 6 and 4.
Petrol engines 1.4 l, 55 and 74 kW

1 - throttle body; 2 – a sealing ring of the case; 3 – a bolt of fastening of the case throttle; 4 – a bolt of fastening of an inlet pipe; 5 - inlet pipe; 6 - inlet pipe gasket; 7 - sensor guide plate; 8 – sealing rings of the sensor; 9 – air pressure and temperature sensor; 10 – a bolt of fastening of the gauge
1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «-» battery.
2. Remove the upper engine cover (see subsection 2.1).
3. Disconnect from body 1 (see fig. Intake pipe for 1.4 l, 55 and 74 kW petrol engines) throttle valve air filter duct.
4. Disconnect the canister purge hose from the throttle body 1.
5. Disconnect from the case 1 throttle block with wires.
6. Unscrew the two mounting bolts and disconnect the exhaust gas recirculation pipe from the inlet pipe 5.
7. Disconnect the block with wires from the pressure and air temperature sensor 9.
8. Disconnect the injector harness connectors from the wiring harness.
9. Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail.
10. Unscrew six bolts 4 fastening and remove the inlet pipe 5.
11. If necessary, unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the fuel rail, throttle body 1 and pressure and air temperature sensor 9 from the intake pipe.
12. Install the intake pipe in reverse order. At the same time, replace the sealing ring 2 of the throttle body, regardless of its condition, and in case of damage, the gaskets 6, the sealing rings 8 and the guide plate 7 of the sensor.
Diesel engine 1.9 l, 74 kW
Inlet pipe of diesel engine 1.9 l, 74 kW
1 - inlet pipe; 2 - sealing ring of the throttle body; 3 - throttle body; 4 - exhaust gas recirculation valve; 5 - hose to the vacuum pump; 6 - throttle valve; 7 – a bolt of fastening of the case throttle; 8 – a bolt of fastening of an arm; 9 - drive bracket; 10 - throttle actuator; 11 – a bolt of fastening of a tube; 12 - tube recirculation of exhaust gases; 13 - tube laying
1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «-» battery.
2. Remove the upper engine cover (see subsection 2.1).
3. Detach from housing 3 (see fig. Inlet pipe of diesel engine 1.9 l, 74 kW) throttle valve air filter duct.
4. Disconnect the hose from the EGR valve 4.
5. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the actuator 10 throttle.
6. Turn away two bolts 11 of fastening and disconnect a tube 12 from the body 3 throttle. Remove gasket 13.
7. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove an inlet pipe 1 and a lining of an inlet pipe.
8. If necessary, unscrew the bolts 7 and remove the throttle body 3 from the inlet pipe.
9. Install the intake pipe in reverse order. In this case, it is necessary to replace the intake pipe gasket, sealing ring 2 and gasket 13.
Diesel engine 1.9 l, 47 kW

1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «-» battery.
2. Remove the upper engine cover (see subsection 2.1).
3. Detach from housing 3 (see fig. Inlet pipe of diesel engine 1.9 l, 47 kW) throttle valve air filter duct.
4. Disconnect the block with wires from the throttle body 3.
5. Disconnect the hose from the EGR valve 10.
6. Unscrew six fastening bolts 6 and remove the inlet pipe 8 with gasket 7.
7. If necessary, remove the throttle body 3 and the exhaust gas recirculation valve 10 from the inlet pipe by unscrewing the bolts 4 and 1.
8. Install the intake pipe in reverse order. At the same time, replace the gasket 7 of the inlet pipe, the gasket 9 of the exhaust gas recirculation valve and the O-ring 2 of the throttle body.
