2. Remove the upper engine cover (see subsection 2.1).
3. Unscrew the three mounting bolts and remove the inlet pipe from the housing 3 (see figure Intake manifold of 1.0 l, 37 kW and 1.4 l, 50 kW petrol engines) throttle valve.
4. Disconnect the wiring harness from the throttle actuator.
5. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from fitting 10.
6. Disconnect the purge hose of the adsorber from fitting 11.
7. Disconnect the wiring harness from sensor 8.
8. Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail 1.
9. Disconnect the connectors with wires from the injectors.
10. Unscrew the six nuts 7 of the fastening and remove the intake pipe 5 with gaskets 6.
11. If necessary, unscrew bolts 2 and remove throttle body 3, unscrew bolts 12 and remove fuel rail 1, pulling it upwards so that the injectors come out of the holes in the intake pipe, unscrew bolt 9 and remove sensor 8.
12. Install the inlet pipe in reverse order. At the same time, replace gaskets 6 and 4.
