Remove the poly V-belt pulley from the crankshaft. Screw back the crankshaft poly V-belt pulley mounting screw using the "T10368" drift.

Warning! Risk of engine damage. Do not turn the crankshaft from the TDC position with the pulley removed, as this may change the valve timing.

Installation



Clean the lower timing chain cover in the sealing ring seating area. It must be degreased. Unscrew the "T10368" mandrel. Press in the "arrow" sealing ring using the "T10354" mandrel and the crankshaft poly V-belt pulley mounting screw until it stops.
