1. Locate the indicator assembly retaining clip in the front corner of the vehicle's engine bay. Press the locking tab and release the indicator assembly from the vehicle's fender.
2. Turn and remove the socket with the indicator bulb installed in it. If necessary, remove the air cleaner housing from its supports to make it easier to access the indicator (see the relevant Section of Chapter Power supply system).
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Make sure that the assembly lock is securely snapped into place.
