Caution: Incandescent bulbs are under pressure and may rupture when replacing them, which could result in injury. Before starting work on replacing lamps, put on protective gloves.

Attention:
  • When replacing an incandescent lamp, do not touch its bulb with bare fingers; use clean gloves. Oil from your fingers can remain on the surface of the lamp bulb, which can result in the lamp being destroyed, or the oil can darken and condense on the surface of the reflector, which will affect the light output of the headlights.
  • When installing the rubber covers, be extremely careful to ensure they are installed properly. Otherwise, moisture and water may get inside the headlight housing.
  • Before starting any work, turn off the ignition and all electrical energy consumers.
