1 – buffer pad; 2 – bumper; 3 – front wall of the body (it must be mounted without pre-tensioning); 4 – Hex head screw; 5 – screw; 6 – Hex head screw; 7 – ventilation grille; 8 – Hex head screw (accessible after removing the ventilation grille 7); 9 – Hex head screw (accessible after removing buffer pad 1)
Caution: There is no need to disconnect the engine coolant circuit from the air conditioner cooling circuit if the radiator and condenser are properly secured to the engine.
Disassembly
1. After disconnecting the plug connectors and coolant hoses, release the Bowden cable of the hood latch from the fixed position.
2. Disconnect the air conditioner hoses (if it is included in the vehicle's equipment).
3. Unscrew screws 5.
4. Unscrew the hex head screws 4.
5. After removing the buffer pad 1, unscrew the hexagon head screws 9.
6. Having unhooked the ventilation grille 7 from the fixed position, unscrew the hexagonal head screws 8.
7. Completely remove the entire front wall of the body 3 together with the installed parts.
