1 – wheel mounting bolt, 120 Nm; 2 – Phillips head screw, 4 Nm; 3 – brake drum (before you begin disassembling the brake drum, you should loosen the brake shoes); 4 – cap; 5 – twelve-sided nut, self-locking, 175 Nm (replace after each disassembly); 6 – wheel hub with bearing and pulse sensor (only for vehicles with anti-lock braking system "ABC", replace only as a whole, as a set); 7 – wheel hub with bearing without pulse sensor (only for vehicles without anti-lock device "ABC", replace only as a whole, as a set); 8 – Hexagon head screw, self-locking, 60 Nm (replace after each disassembly); 9 – brake mechanism shield with brake shoes; 10 – Parking brake cable holder (replace); 11 – parking brake system drive cable; 12 – nut, self-locking, 60 Nm (after each disassembly, replace by loading the car trunk with a load of about 100 kg, tighten the nut on the car resting on the wheels); 13 – nut, self-locking, 75 Nm (replace after each disassembly); 14 – Hex head screw (replace after each disassembly, install from the outside of the car); 15 – rear suspension bearing bracket (after assembly, check and, if necessary, adjust the overall toe-in of the rear axle wheels; if the rear suspension is disassembled, do not loosen it if possible); 16 – Parking brake system drive cable holder; 17 – rubber-metal support; 18 – union nut; 19 – load-dependent brake force regulator (only for vehicles without anti-lock braking system "ABC"); 20 – Allen head screw, 20 Nm; 21 – Hexagon head screw, 20 Nm; 22 – bridge beam (remove varnish and dirt from the mating surface and threaded holes of the wheel journal (axle)); 23 – anti-lock braking system speed sensor (NAVZI device, only for vehicles with ABS anti-lock braking system); 24 – Allen head screw, 8 Nm; 25 - lining, bottom; 26 – coil spring (check the paintwork for damage, repair any existing damage, install only coil springs from the same manufacturer on each rear suspension); 27 – lining, upper; 28 – Hex head screw (replace after each disassembly); 29 – Hexagon head screw, self-locking, 75 Nm (replace after each disassembly); 30 – shock absorber (it is possible to change them separately, and install only shock absorbers from the same manufacturer on each rear suspension); 31 – nut, self-locking, 55 Nm (after each disassembly replace, screw, observing the angle for assembling the rear suspension and shock absorber); 32 – brake drive pipeline; 33 – wheel (axle) journal




Attention! It is forbidden to perform welding and correct work on the bridge beam and axle neck (trunnion).


Shock absorbers cannot be repaired.

Correct work is not allowed!
