Suspension beams
1 - the lower arm of the front suspension (slots do not serve to adjust the camber angle of the wheel); 2 - stabilizer holder; 3 - hex head screw, 45 Nm; 4 - front support of the lower arm of the front suspension; 5 - hex head screw (70 Nm and turn another 90°); 6 - rocking support; 7 - hex head screw (replace after each disassembly. 40 Nm and turn another 90°); 8 - hex head screw (replace after each disassembly, 40 Nm and turn another 90°); 9 - hex head screw (replace after each disassembly, 20 Nm and turn another 90°); 10 - suspension mounting beam (attachment bracket); 11 - hex nut, 30 Nm (replace after every disassembly); 12 - rod stabilizer (for disassembly and assembly purposes, the auxiliary frame must be lowered); 13 - rubber support; 14 - hex head screw, 25 Nm; 15 - bracket; 16 - rubber-metal support; 17 - hex nut (replace after every disassembly); 18 - bolt with captive washer (replace after each disassembly, 100 Nm and turn another 90°); 19 - bolt with captive washer (replace after each disassembly, 100 Nm and turn another 90°); 20 - rear support of the lower arm of the front suspension; 21 - hex head screw (replace after each disassembly, 70 Nm and turn another 90°); 22 - metal sheet with nuts. 23 - hex nut with shoulder, self-locking, 45 Nm (replace after every disassembly); 24 - ball joint head (control of damage to the rubber cuff, if necessary - replacement of the ball joint head, disassembly and assembly - only with the wheel bearing cover before proceeding with disassembly, the position should be noted; when disassembling the lower arm of the front suspension, you need to install them in the middle of the slot and check the convergence). 25 - hex head screw (replace after each disassembly, 20 Nm and turn another 90°)
Attention! If it is necessary to move the vehicle from which the propshaft has been previously removed, first install an outer joint instead of the propshaft and tighten it with a tightening torque of 50 Nm, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the wheel bearing.
It is forbidden to carry out welding and corrective work on the bearing and guiding parts of the wheel suspension system.
Self-locking nuts must always be replaced with new ones. Rusted bolts and nuts must always be replaced with new ones.
