Suspension mounting beams
1 – lower arm of the front suspension(the slots are not used to adjust the camber angle of the wheel); 2 – stabilizer holder; 3 – Hexagon head screw, 45 Nm; 4 – front support of the lower arm of the front suspension; 5 – Hexagon head screw (70 Nm and turn another 90°); 6 – rocking support; 7 – Hexagon head screw (replace after each disassembly. 40 Nm and turn another 90°); 8 – Hexagon head screw (replace after each disassembly, 40 Nm and turn another 90°); 9 – Hexagon head screw (replace after each disassembly, 20 Nm and turn another 90°); 10 – suspension mounting beam (bracket for mounted units); 11 – hexagonal nut, 30 Nm (replace after each disassembly); 12 – rod stabilizer (for disassembly and assembly purposes, the auxiliary frame must be lowered); 13 – rubber support; 14 – Hexagon head screw, 25 Nm; 15 – bracket; 16 – rubber-metal support; 17 – hex nut (replace after each disassembly); 18 – bolt with non-falling washer (replace after each disassembly, 100 Nm and turn another 90°); 19 – bolt with non-falling washer (replace after each disassembly, 100 Nm and turn another 90°); 20 – rear support of the lower arm of the front suspension; 21 – Hexagon head screw (replace after each disassembly, 70 Nm and turn another 90°); 22 – metal sheet with nuts. 23 – hexagonal nut with flange, self-locking, 45 Nm (replace after each disassembly); 24 – ball joint head (check for damage to the rubber seal, replace the ball joint head if necessary, disassemble and assemble – only with the wheel hub bearing cover; before disassembling, mark the position; when disassembling the lower arm of the front suspension, you need to install them in the middle of the slot and check the toe-in). 25 - hex head screw (replace after each disassembly, 20 Nm and turn another 90°)
Attention! If it is necessary to move a vehicle from which the cardan shaft has been previously removed, it is necessary to first install the outer joint instead of the cardan shaft and tighten it with a tightening torque of 50 Nm, otherwise there is a risk of damaging the wheel hub bearing.
It is prohibited to carry out welding and corrective work on the supporting and guiding parts of the wheel suspension system.
Self-locking nuts should always be replaced with new ones. Rusty bolts and nuts should always be replaced with new ones.
