1 - flywheel (make sure that the centering pins are firmly installed, the contact surface for the clutch friction pad must be free of grooves, oil, grease; 2 – clutch disc (maintain correct assembly position, lightly lubricate fine splined shaft connection with grease); 3 – pressure plate (check the ends of the diaphragm springs); 4 – twelve-sided screw, 20 Nm (to loosen or tighten gradually, crosswise)
1. Clean the splines on the shaft and especially on the clutch disc if it has already been used.

2. Remove any rust and lubricate the splines very lightly with "G 000100" grease.
3. Then ensure free movement of the clutch disc in the splines of the shaft by moving it along the shaft in one direction and the other.
4. Excess grease must be removed.
The pressure plates are provided with anti-corrosion protection and preserved with consistent grease. For this reason, only the working surface can be cleaned, otherwise the service life of the clutch would be significantly reduced.
