Caution! Clutch discs and pressure plates with damaged or loosened riveted connections must be replaced.
Attention! The clutch disc and pressure plate must be selected according to the Parts Catalogue depending on the engine letter designation. Assemble the clutch so that the centering pins in the flywheel fit into the centering holes or centering splines in the pressure plate. Otherwise, the TDC on the flywheel is not normal.
Clutch parts 02K
1 – support ring (coupling) of the clutch release (the mating surface and fastening for the clutch pressure rod should be lubricated with a very thin layer of consistent grease "G 00 0100"); 2 – clamping ring; 3 – clutch pressure rod (lubricate the guide sleeve area in the drive shaft); 4 – clutch disc; 5 - flywheel (make sure that the centering pins are firmly installed; the mating surfaces for the clutch friction lining must be free of grooves, oil, or grease; the insertion depth of the TDC sensor must be adapted to different flywheel sizes, so there are two threaded plugs in the clutch housing, marked with different colors); 6 – twelve-sided screw, 20 Nm (to loosen or tighten gradually, crosswise); 7 – intermediate sheet; 8 – pressure plate (deflection of the inner pressure plate - maximum 0.2 mm, a pressure plate with a damaged or loosened rivet connection must be replaced); 9 – screw for fastening the pressure plate to the crankshaft (replace)
Necessary special tools, measuring instruments and devices: grease G 000 100.
