1. 60 Nm and turn 90° (¼ turn): replace after disassembly

2. Flywheel: check the operation of the dual mass flywheel; installation is possible only in one position; take into account the catalog number

3. Timing rotor: engine speed sensor "G28"

4. Engine speed sensor "G28"

5. 4.5 Nm

6. Landing pin, 2 pcs.

7. Intermediate plate: do not allow damage or bending during reinforcement work

8. Crankshaft cover on the gearbox side: with a lip seal

9. Bolt

Install the intermediate plate

Install the intermediate plate on the crankshaft cover -upper arrow- and on the centering bushings of the engine flange -lower arrows-.

Tighten the bolts in stages in the specified sequence.
