Note: Cylinder heads with cracks between the valve seats may continue to be used without reducing the service life of the engine if the crack width does not exceed 0.5 mm. Milling of diesel engine cylinder heads is not permitted. Replace the self-locking nuts, as well as the sealing rings and gaskets. Replace the cylinder head mounting screws and the screws tightened to a certain angle. Lubricate the friction surfaces of the roller levers and camshaft cams. Use original spring clamps similar to those installed at the factory to secure all hose connections. When replacing the cylinder head or cylinder head gasket, replace all coolant.
