1. Sealing ring: in the cylinder head cover; after removal replace

2. Copper washer: replace after disassembly

3. O-ring: Replace after disassembly

4. Injector: Re-installed injectors and high-pressure fuel lines may only be installed on the same cylinder; take into account the catalog number

5. O-ring: Replace after disassembly

6. Return fuel line: to the fuel tank; do not allow bends, damage or clogging; do not disassemble; after replacement, fill the fuel system with fuel/bleed air from the system

7. Pressure plate: Re-installed injectors and pressure plates may only be installed on the same cylinder

Caution! Risk of engine damage. After installing a new cylinder block and fitting the high-pressure lines, it is essential to tighten the injector pressure plates to the specified torque "pos. 8" to align the injectors when fitting the high-pressure lines. The pressure plates are only tightened by hand when delivered from the factory.

8. 9 Nm + turn 180° (½ turn): replace after disassembly

9. Pressure line, 28 Nm: between the fuel rail (pressure accumulator) and nozzles; take into account all instructions for installing high pressure pipelines; install without mechanical stress

10. Adapter sleeve: in the cylinder head cover; if there is any damage, replace

Mounting position of the pressure plate
