For vehicles with engine letter designation CRVC
Caution! If the turbocharger is mechanically damaged, e.g. if the compressor wheel is destroyed, it is not enough to simply replace the turbocharger. To avoid further damage, the following work must be performed: Clean all oil lines and hoses. Change the engine oil and oil filter. Check the air filter housing, air filter element and charge air pipes, as well as the charge air hoses for contamination. Check all air ducts and the intercooler for foreign objects. If found, remove them from the intake tract and replace the intercooler if necessary. When installing, secure all heat-insulating cuffs in their original places.
Remove the engine casing. Drain the coolant. Remove the inlet pipe. Remove the lower coolant pipe. In cars with an independent heater, remove the coolant hoses from the engine compartment bulkhead. Press the clamps of the hose -1-crankcase ventilation, disconnect the hose from the cylinder head cover. Release the vacuum hoses "arrows" on the air pipe. Unscrew screw "2", move the air duct with the intake manifold nipple back and disconnect from the turbocharger.

Unscrew the "arrow" screws and remove the pre-chamber "1". Disconnect the wire from the exhaust gas temperature sensor 1 "G235". Remove the neutralizer. Remove the EGR radiator.

Loosen screws -1...5- and remove the EGR radiator bracket.

Unscrew screw "2" and union nut "4".
Unscrew screws -3, 5-, remove the return oil line.

Unscrew the "arrow" screws, remove the heat shield "1".

Disconnect vacuum hose "2" from the turbocharger vacuum drive.

Unscrew the nuts "arrows", disconnect the turbocharger with the exhaust manifold from the cylinder head and remove it by moving it upwards.

Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Replace gaskets, lip seals, O-rings and self-locking nuts. Fill the turbocharger with engine oil through the oil pressure line nipple. Before installation, the nipples, air ducts and air hoses must be cleaned of oil and grease. To secure all hoses, use clamps identical to those installed at the factory. After installing the turbocharger, let the engine idle for about 1 minute without increasing the speed to ensure proper oil supply to the turbocharger.
Install the rear coolant pipe. Install the EGR radiator bracket. Install the EGR radiator. Install the catalytic converter. Install the exhaust pipe. Connect the vacuum hose.
