Removal
1. Set the windshield wiper to the service position.
2. Using a screwdriver, remove the covers (3) of the wiper arms (1), as shown in the figure below.
3. Loosen the fastening nuts (2) a few turns.
Attention:
- Be extremely careful not to damage the wiper shaft.
- To remove the windshield wiper arms, use special stops (3).
4. Install the special puller T10369/1 on the wiper arm (1), as shown in the figure below.
5. Install the thrust washer (2) on the lever shaft.
6. Turn the bolt (3) clockwise to disconnect the wiper arm from the shaft.
7. Unscrew the fastening nut completely and remove the wiper arm (1) as a whole.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
After installation, adjust the position of the windshield wiper arms.
Adjusting the wiper arms
1. Remove the windshield wiper arm (for more details, see the relevant section above).
2. Turn on the ignition.
3. Activate the "wiping with a cloth" function and activate the cleaner's electric motor to set it to the extreme position.
4. Turn off the ignition.
5. Install the wiper arm together with the brush onto the arm shaft.
6. Adjust the position of the brushes as shown in the figure below. The wiper blades must be positioned relative to the marks on the windshield. Tolerance between brush and mark (1) ±4 mm
7. Tighten the mounting nuts (2) of the glass wiper arms (1) as shown in the figure below.
8. Turn on the ignition.
9. Activate the "wiping with a cloth" function and activate the cleaner's electric motor to set it to the extreme position.

10. Turn off the ignition.
11. Check that the windshield wiper blades are adjusted correctly.
12. Install the plugs (3) of the wiper arms in place.
