Attachment drive belt tensioner assembly; 5. Mounting bolt, tightening torque during installation 20 Nm + tighten an additional 90°; 6. Mounting screw; 7. Mounting screw; 8. Damping roller; 9. Tightening torques for attachment mounting bracket bolts
Note: After disassembly, it is always necessary to replace the mounting bolts, which must be tightened an additional amount by a certain angle.
The mounting bracket mounting bolts come in different lengths:
- Mounting bolts (1), (2), (3) and (6) - M10x35.
- Mounting bolt (4) - M10x115.
- Mounting bolt (5) - M10x175.
