
Caution! Risk of damage to the clutch adjuster. The clutch automatically adjusts the working clearance. Vibrations can have a negative effect on the clutch adjuster. Therefore, the clutch must not be dropped. Also, when installing the clutch, do not drop the clutch in the gearbox. Clutches that have fallen onto a hard surface or are damaged must not be reinstalled.
1. Hinged support; large power lever for "K1"; cannot be replaced
2. Spherical pin: small engagement lever for "K1"; replace when replacing dual clutch
3. Adjusting washer "SK1": determine the thickness
4. Adjusting washer "SK2": determine the thickness
5. Small engagement lever "K2": replace when replacing the dual clutch
6. Double clutch
7. Retaining ring: replace
8. Hub
9. Retaining ring: replace
10. Large "K1" engagement lever: with release bearing; replace when replacing dual clutch
11. Upper part of the guide sleeve: small engagement lever for "K2"; remove and install together with the small release lever pos. 12 and the lower part of the guide sleeve pos. 14
12. Small engagement lever "K2": remove and install together with the upper and lower parts of the guide sleeve pos. 11 and 14; replace when replacing dual clutch
13. 8 Nm and turn 90° (¼ turn): replace
14. Lower part of the guide sleeve: small engagement lever for "K2"; remove and install together with the small engagement lever pos. 12 and the upper part of the guide sleeve pos. 11
15. Sealing ring: inner primary shaft; replace
16. Sealing ring: outer primary shaft; replace
