Attention.
- The screw connection of the B+ wire on the alternator is marked B1+1.
- If the B- wire is not tightened to the specified tightening torques, the following danger may occur:
- The battery is not fully charged.
- Complete failure of electronic vehicle control devices.
- Fire hazard due to sparking.
- Damage to electronic components and control units caused by overvoltage on them.
Note.
- To attach the B+ "arrow" wire, you should always use a new self-locking nut.
- The tightening torque of the self-locking lock nut of the B+ wire (arrow) is 20 Nm.
