2. Unscrew the spark plugs with a spark plug wrench (3122 V).
3. Open the cover of the fuse box in the engine compartment and remove the fuse for the fuel pump control unit.
4. Check the compression pressure with a special device for measuring compression (V.A.G 1763).
5. Crank the engine with the starter until the gauge no longer shows any increase in pressure.
6. If the required values are not achieved, then the tightness of the combustion chamber and valve group should be checked.
7. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
8. Clear errors using special scanning equipment.
Note. Each time you disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the fuel injectors, errors are loaded into the fault memory.
