At the time of writing this Manual, individual replacement shut-off valves (separately from the fuel injection pump) were not issued. In case of problems, contact the car service specialists.
Removal
1. The shut-off valve is installed at the rear of the high-pressure fuel pump.
2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
3. Remove the top cover from the valve.
4. "Walk" along the wiring from the valve body to the control unit of the immobilizer of the anti-theft system. Unscrew the bolt, remove the spacer sleeve and remove the control unit from the base of the fuel injection pump.
5. Unscrew the valve body from the pump body by placing a wrench on the hexagonal casting at the base of the valve. Try not to stretch the wiring. Remove the sealing ring, spring and plunger.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Do not forget to replace the sealing ring. Make sure the valve body is securely tightened.
