1. The grades of fuel recommended by the manufacturers of the cars of the brand in question for refueling are given in Specifications at the beginning of this Chapter.
2. There are two methods for determining the octane number of fuel: research and motor. Usually, filling stations provide the octane number determined by the research method (AI).
3. For refueling models equipped with a catalytic converter (all Skoda Felicia models with fuel injection), leaded petrol should not be used under any circumstances (type 4-star according to UK standard). Failure to comply with this requirement may result in failure of the working element of the converter.
