1. Drain the engine oil into a pre-prepared container.

Caution: Seal all openings and channels in the lubrication system to prevent foreign particles from entering the lubrication system.




6. Spray a special solvent onto the mating surfaces of the crankcase and oil pan.

7. Remove any remaining sealant from the mating surfaces.

8. Wash and dry the mating surfaces.

Note: Check the expiration date of the sealant.


9. Cut the end of the tube of sealant to form a hole with a diameter of 2 mm, as shown in the figure below.

11. Install the oil pan on the lower part of the engine crankcase. Tighten the mounting screws to the required tightening torque in the specified sequence.
