Removal
1. Remove the soundproofing coating.
2. Unscrew the mounting screw (arrow) shown in the figure below, then remove and set aside the coolant recirculation pump.
3. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose (3) shown in the figure below.
4. Unlock (2) and remove the oil separator cover (1) of the crankcase ventilation system, as shown in the figure below.
5. Unscrew the mounting screws in sequence from 9 to 1, as shown in the figure below.
6. Carefully remove the oil separator assembly from the cylinder block.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note: When working with sealants and lubricants, it is necessary to wear protective gloves and glasses.
1. Remove any remaining sealant from the cylinder block and oil separator using a special solvent.
2. Degrease the sealing surfaces.
Caution: To prevent foreign objects and particles from entering the lubrication system, after removing the oil separator, plug all oil channel outlets.
Note: Check the expiration date of the sealant.
3. Cut the tip of the dispenser on the sealant packaging to form a hole no more than 1.5 mm in diameter.
Caution: Do not apply sealant to mating surfaces with a roller with a diameter larger than that specified above. Otherwise, the oil channels may become clogged.
4. Apply a bead of sealant to the mating surface of the oil separator housing as shown in the figure below (arrow).
5. Install the oil separator on the cylinder block within five minutes after applying the sealant.
6. After installing the separator on the cylinder block, screw in and tighten the bolts by hand, then unscrew the guides (arrows) M6x20.
7. Install the oil separator on the cylinder block and tighten its mounting screws in the sequence shown in the figure below (1...9). The tightening torque of the mounting screws is 9 N·m.
