Removal
1. Drain the coolant from the engine (for more details, see the relevant section in the chapter "Cooling system").
2. Remove the intake manifold assembly (for more details, see the relevant section in the chapter "Intake and exhaust system").
3. Unscrew the mounting bolts (arrows), then remove the engine oil cooler (1) from the cylinder block, as shown in the figure below.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
1. Install new O-rings.
2. Install the intake manifold assembly (for more details, see the relevant section in the chapter "Intake and exhaust system").
3. Fill the cooling system with coolant (for more details, see the relevant section in the chapter "Cooling system").
4. Tightening torque of engine oil cooler mounting bolts: 8 Nm + additional tightening by 90°.
