
Note: The cylinder head and cylinder head cover can only be replaced as a set. After installing the camshafts, the engine must not be started for approximately 30 minutes. The hydraulic clearance compensators must be in place (otherwise the valves may collide with the pistons). After working on the valve train, carefully turn the engine at least 2 revolutions to ensure that no valve collides with the piston during startup. Seals and sealing rings must be replaced. After removing the camshafts, adjust the chain length.
1. Exhaust valve: do not machine, only lapping is allowed
2. Cylinder head
3. Oil seal: replace
4. Valve spring
5. Valve spring plate
6. Valve crackers
7. Hydraulic compensator: do not swap; lubricate the work surface with oil
8. Locking bracket: for hydraulic compensator
9. Roller rocker: Mark the mounting position for reinstallation; check the ease of movement of the cylindrical roller bearing; before installation, lubricate the working surfaces with oil
10. Exhaust camshaft; runout: max 0.04 mm
11. Spring: not a spare part
12. Ball: camshaft couplings
13. Cylinder head cover: with integrated camshaft bearings; no modifications allowed; remove the remains of the old sealant
14. Bolt: loosen
15. Intake camshaft; runout: max 0.04 mm
