Sequence for unscrewing the cylinder head cover mounting bolts
Cylinder head cover bolt tightening sequence
Always replace the mounting bolts after disassembly.
The mounting bolts must be replaced in several stages:
- First approach: tighten the mounting bolts by hand until they stop;
- Second approach: tighten the mounting bolts to a torque of 8 Nm;
- Third approach: tighten all mounting bolts by 90°.
