Removal
1. Remove the instrument panel (see section Removal and installation the instrument panel).
2. Remove the ashtray, then carefully release the clips and remove the trim from the heater control panel.
3. Remove the heater control panel mounting screws, then push the assembly into the instrument panel to gain access to the ashtray/cigarette lighter trim panel mounting screws.

4. Using a 90°-angled screwdriver, remove the mounting screws through the hole for installing the heater control panel and remove the ashtray/cigarette lighter trim from the instrument panel. Disconnect the electrical wiring as access opens.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Make sure that the electrical connectors are securely connected.
