Removal and installation the fresh air intake fan "V2"
Remove the instrument panel. Disconnect plug connector "2." Release the wires from clamps "1" and "3." After disconnecting plug connector "4," disconnect it from the fresh air intake fan shroud "5." To do this, press the plug connector to the right, pushing it forward while simultaneously pulling it out. After unscrewing the "arrow" screws (1 Nm), remove fan "5" from the housing. After pressing the clamping clips "2" of the plug connector housing with a narrow screwdriver in the direction of the arrows outward, pull the plug connector "1" out of the locking clips in a downward direction. Press the "3" clips inward and downwards with a screwdriver. Remove the fan motor together with the fan impeller from the holder.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of actions. In this case, the following instructions must be observed. The plug connector must be correctly engaged in the locked position in the housing. The rubber elements of the engine support bracket "3" must come out completely from the housing. Before starting installation, check the functionality of the fresh air intake fan.
