General information
The fuel vapor recovery system consists of a purge valve, a canister filled with activated carbon and connecting hoses.
The purge valve is mounted in a bracket on the rear of the left wheel arch mudguard. The adsorber is fixed with a special collar behind the valve.
Component Replacement
Canister purge valve
1. Turn off the ignition, then disconnect the wiring from the valve.
2. Pulling the valve up, release its rubber supports from the mounting collar.
3. Release the clamps and disconnect the rubber hoses from the valve, marking them just in case to avoid confusion when connecting.
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
Carbon adsorber
1. Disconnect from the upper part of the adsorber the hoses connected to it, coming from the fuel tank and the purge valve.
2. Turn out a coupling bolt of a fixing collar and remove an adsorber).
