Front seats

Of extreme importance from the point of view of driving safety is the correct adjustment of the driver's seat, ensuring free and quick access to all vehicle controls, maximum driver comfort and optimal conditions for the most effective functioning of the seat belt.

Caution: Do not install the front seats too close to the steering wheel or instrument panel.

The driver's and front passenger's feet must be in the appropriate footwell and never on the dashboard or seat cushion.

Adjusting the seat position in the longitudinal direction

Pull the regulator lock bracket (1) upwards to move the seat to the desired position. After releasing the bracket, ensure that the lock engages clearly in the newly selected seat position.

The driver's seat should be positioned so that…

The driver's seat should be positioned so that the driver can easily operate the pedals with only a slight bend in his legs.

Warning! Never adjust the seat position while the vehicle is moving.

Backrest tilt adjustment

The backrest angle of the front seat is adjusted by turning the handle (2) located at the bottom on the outside of the backrest. When adjusting the backrest angle, do not lean on it.

The back of the driver's seat should be tilted so that the driver can easily reach the top of the steering wheel with slightly bent arms.

Warning! Excessive reclining of the seat backs reduces the effectiveness of the seat belts.

Rear seats

The luggage compartment volume can be increased by folding forward or removing the rear seat of the car.

Note: On models with separate rear seats, the seats can be folded individually.

Before folding the rear seat, adjust the front seats accordingly.

Pull the release lever, release the rear seatback…

Pull the release lever, release the rear seatback locks and tilt them forward slightly. Remove the head restraints, remove the seat belt buckles and fully lower the seatback, then tilt the cushion and seatback assembly forward.

When assembling the seat, first return the cushion assembly with the backrest placed on it to its original position. Then fold the backrest back until the lock engages (check the reliability of the backrest fixation by pulling it forward).

Note: Do not forget to first insert the lap section and seat belt buckles into the gap between the cushion and the seat back. Make sure that the inertia-type belts are not pinched by the seat back fasteners.

If necessary, the rear seat can be completely…

If necessary, the rear seat can be completely removed from the vehicle interior. Fold the seat back forward, grasp its lower part and tilt it so that it becomes possible to release the seat assembly from the support fasteners. Installation is performed in the reverse order.

Attention! Make sure that the seat is correctly positioned in the support mounts and that the backrest is securely fixed.

Seat headrests

The height of the headrests can be adjusted. The…

The height of the headrests can be adjusted. The headrest must be strictly adjusted to the height of the driver/passenger. Correctly installed headrests in combination with seat belts provide reliable protection for the safety of people in the car.

To adjust the headrest, grasp it with both hands and pull it up or push it down until you reach the desired height. Ideally, the top edge of the headrest should be at eye level with the person sitting.

Removal and installation of head restraints is…

Removal and installation of head restraints is carried out by releasing the locking devices of their locks. Having pressed the lever of control of the position of the locking device, pull the head restraint out of the guide sockets in the back of the seat.

When installing the headrest, make sure that the locking mechanism is clearly engaged (there should be a distinct click).

Rear shelf

Only small items may be placed on the rear shelf covering the luggage compartment. Never place items on the shelf that could cause injury to the driver or passenger during sudden braking of the vehicle, or damage the integrity of the threads of the working element of the rear window heater.

The rear side of the shelf is attached to the tailgate with cords, so the shelf rises simultaneously with the tailgate, providing unimpeded access to the vehicle's luggage compartment.

To remove the shelf, release the cord loops from the clips on the inside of the tailgate, then pull the cover out of the front loop-type clips. Reinstallation is in reverse order.
