4. Mechatronics for dual clutch gearbox "J743": checked via self-diagnosis
5. Input shaft torque sensor "G182" and clutch temperature sensor "G509": checked via self-diagnosis. Before removing the sensor, it is necessary to remove the mechatronics for gearboxes with a dual-disc clutch "J743"
6. Brake light switch "F": Transmits signal from the engine to the gearbox ECU via the CAN bus; checked through self-diagnosis
7. Throttle Pedal Limit Sensor "F8": Transmission of signals from the engine control unit to the gearbox ECU via the CAN bus; checked through self-diagnosis
8. Shift mechanism: Selector lever "E313" with tiptronic switch "F189", selector lever sensor ECU "J587", selector lever lock switch in position P "F319" and selector lever lock magnet "N110"; checked by self-diagnosis; these units cannot be replaced separately; removal and installation are only possible together with the switching mechanism
Mechatronics for dual clutch gearbox "J743"
Installation location: The mechatronics for the gearbox with a twin-disc clutch "J743" is screwed onto the gearbox housing at the front and covered by the gearbox oil pan. The ECU is integrated into the mechatronics for the gearbox with a twin-disc clutch "J743"; is checked through self-diagnostics. Electromagnetic valves are fixed in the mechatronics "N88", "N89", "N90", "N91", "N92" and pressure reducing valves 1 "N₂15", 2 "N₂16", 3 "N₂17" 4 "N₂18", 5 "N₂33" and 6 "N371" AKn.
The following sensors are located in the ECU: Hydraulic pressure sensor 1 for automatic transmission "G193" and hydraulic pressure sensor 2 for automatic transmission "G194". Transmission oil temperature sensor "G93" and temperature sensor in the ECU "G510". Output shaft torque sensor "G195" and output shaft torque sensor 2 "G196". Drive shaft speed sensor 1 "G501" and drive shaft speed sensor 2 "G502". Gear positioner travel sensor 1 "G487", gear positioner travel sensor 2 "G488", gear positioner travel sensor 3 "G489" and gear positioner travel sensor 4 "G490"
Input shaft torque sensor "G182" and clutch temperature sensor "G509"
Installation location: Input shaft torque sensor "C182" / clutch temperature sensor "G509" "A" are screwed under the mechatronics for dual clutch transmission "J743" on the transmission housing.
Selector lever "E313" with tiptronic switch "F189", selector lever sensor ECU "J587", selector lever lock switch in position P "F319" and selector lever lock magnet "N110". These units cannot be replaced separately; removal and installation are only possible together with the switching mechanism.
