Right hand drive models
The brake pedal is combined into a single assembly with the clutch pedal.
Despite the extremely limited access, it is possible to replace the pedal axle bushings without dismantling the entire assembly. Remove the retaining rings from both ends of the axle and release the bushings from the brackets. Before installing, the new bushings should be lubricated with a universal grease such as Litol 24 or G000062. Ensure that the retaining rings are seated correctly in their grooves.

Removal
1. Remove the clutch pedal.
2. Release the lock and remove the brake booster servo push rod mounting tip from the pedal.
3. Detach the return spring from the pedal.
4. Remove the axle bushing and remove the pedal from the support bracket (together with the return spring).
5. Check the pedal for signs of wear or mechanical damage. Pay particular attention to the condition of the axle bushing. Replace defective components.
Installation
1. Lubricate the pedal socket, axle bushing and push rod mounting tip with a universal grease such as Litol 24 or G000062
2. Correctly connect the return spring to the pedal. After checking that the brake booster servo pushrod is correctly engaged in the pedal, place the axle bushing in its regular place.
3. Align the pedal with the pushrod and push the fastening tip into place. Secure the tip with the retainer, making sure that the latter is correctly seated in its groove.
4. Connect the return spring to the pedal. Before installing the clutch pedal, make sure the foot brake is functioning properly.
