Open the hood and check the condition of the battery terminals and the reliability of the wire clamps on them.
Turn on your headlights and try to start the engine again. If the brightness of the headlights decreases when the key is turned, check the battery level. This difficulty can be overcome by starting the engine from an auxiliary source (see below) - contact the owner of the other vehicle for help.
The engine does not start despite the correct functioning of the starter
Check for fuel in the fuel tank.
Check if the surfaces of the components located in the engine compartment are wet. Switch off the ignition and remove any traces of moisture with a dry cloth. Spray with a special desiccant (WD-40 or equivalent) electrical connectors for ignition and power systems. Particular attention should be paid to the electrical connectors of the ignition coil and BB wires. Note: It should be noted that the presence of moisture does not affect the correct functioning of diesel engines.
