If the upper or lower headlight mounting tabs break off or become damaged, they can be replaced using a repair kit. This means there is no need to replace the entire headlight.
Important: Before starting repairs, you should check that the headlight has no other damage, otherwise the repair would be useless.
Before starting the repair, you need to remove the headlight. After installing the headlight, it is necessary to perform adjustment.
Repair of the upper fixing foot
The original retaining tab of the headlight must be completely removed as shown "arrow". Install the correctly shaped new tab "1" and tighten support screws (1.5 Nm).

Repair of the external fixing tab
The original retaining tab of the headlight must be completely removed as shown "arrow". Install the correctly shaped new tab "1" and tighten support screws (1.5 Nm).

Repair of the internal fixing foot
The original headlight retaining tab must be completely removed as shown in the figure "arrow". Install the new tab "1" of the correct shape and tighten the retaining screws (1.5 Nm),
