Important: Before you begin replacing the engine control unit "J623", you must first find out the identification of the control unit and, thereby, also the coding of the existing control unit. When replacing, it is necessary to clean the throttle control mechanism "J338" before fitting the new control unit.
Removal
Note control unit part number and coding. Turn off the ignition. Loosen the connector clamps and disconnect the engine control unit connectors.
Installation
Encode the control unit. Installation is carried out in a similar manner, in the reverse order of actions. Count the fault memory again. After pressing the retaining tabs "arrows", remove the engine control unit to the side.
