Caution! The brake light switch should be replaced at a service station, as its installation requires a certain amount of skill.
1. Disconnect the wire from the "-" terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the glove box from the driver's side.
3.Disconnect the wiring harness from switch 15 (see figurePedal assembly) brake signal.
4. Turn the switch counterclockwise 45° and remove it from the bracket.
5. Pull the switch stem out fully.
6. Lubricate the end of the rod with a thin layer of graphite grease.
7. Press the brake pedal all the way down, insert the switch into the bracket hole and turn it 45° clockwise to secure it. Then release the brake pedal.
8. Connect the connector to the sensor and the wire to the "-" terminal of the battery.

9. Check the operation of the switch.
10. Install the glove box on the driver's side.
