Important: The J533 data bus diagnostic interface (gateway) is integrated into the J519 central control unit for electrical onboard power supply. Depending on the vehicle's equipment, the J519 central control unit has the following functions: electrical load regulation, control of interior body lights, fuel pump pre-activation, control of windscreen wipers, windscreen washers and intermittent wiper operation, heated outside rearview mirrors and rear window, control of direction indicators and hazard warning lights, horn, remote release of the tailgate, instrument and switch lighting, starter interlock, control of the reversing lights, and the J533 data bus diagnostic interface (gateway). The J519 central control unit for electrical onboard power supply is equipped with an automatic monitoring system that facilitates fault detection.
