Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Disconnect the ventilation hoses from the engine oil filler neck on the cylinder head cover.
3. Give two nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders and take rubber loose leaves.
4. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders and accurately release a sealing lining from a landing groove. Check the condition of the gasket.
Installation
1. Thoroughly clean the mating surface of the cylinder head and the gasket groove in its cover. Traces of oil must be completely removed. Insert the gasket into the groove on the cover, making sure that it is correctly laid along the entire length.
2. Watching that the lining has not jumped out of a flute, establish a cover on a head of cylinders. Fit the rubber bushings and screw the fixing nuts onto the studs. Tighten the nuts to the required torque.
3. Connect the ventilation hoses to the engine oil filler neck, securely fastening them with screw or worm type clamps.
4. Finally, connect the negative cable to the battery. Start the engine and check it for signs of oil leaks.
