1. Carefully clean the mating surface of the cylinder head and the gasket groove in its cover. All traces of oil must be removed. Insert the gasket into the groove on the cover, making sure that it is correctly positioned along its entire length.



2. Making sure that the gasket does not jump out of the groove, install the cover on the cylinder head. Insert the rubber inserts and screw the fastening nuts onto the studs. Tighten the nuts to the required force.
