Removal
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Disconnect the ventilation hoses from the engine oil filler neck on the cylinder head cover.

3. Loosen the two cylinder head cover mounting nuts and remove the rubber liners.

4. Remove the cylinder head cover and carefully release the sealing gasket from the mounting groove. Check the condition of the gasket.
Installation

1. Carefully clean the mating surface of the cylinder head and the gasket groove in its cover. All traces of oil must be removed. Insert the gasket into the groove on the cover, making sure that it is correctly positioned along its entire length.
2. Making sure that the gasket does not jump out of the groove, install the cover on the cylinder head. Insert the rubber inserts and screw the fastening nuts onto the studs. Tighten the nuts to the required force.

3. Connect the ventilation hoses to the engine oil filler neck, securely fastening them with screw or worm-type clamps.
4. Finally, connect the negative cable to the battery. Start the engine and check for signs of oil leaks.
